Shipping Policy
Free Shipping within the US, and to U.S. APO boxes.

In Stock pedals typically ship same or next day, with USPS 2-3 day shipping (in the US).

Aside from the new interior product box, FuzzHugger uses reclaimed/recycled shipping boxes and packaging whenever possible. There's enough packaging on the planet.
Non-US / International Shipping:
FuzzHugger has shipped pedals around the world since 2008!
International shipping rates are calculated in your cart. Choose First Class or Priority (First Class is cheaper and only takes a few days longer than Priority).
FH can not guarantee courier's advertised transit times, which vary depending on country, time of year, and customs processing. International shipping delays have continued throughout 2022, usually due to limited flights and lack of carriers. While FH guarantees you'll get the pedal you ordered or your money back, we have no control over shipping delays or customs processing time. Please be patient and understand that there's often little we can do but wait an extra week or two for your order to arrive. See FAQ
Return Policy
Satisfaction guaranteed. If a pedal isn't a great fit for you or your gear, you may return it in new-condition within two weeks for a full refund (less our original shipping costs).

In the rare event that there's a problem with your new pedal, return shipping is on FH (for repair or refund). This policy is extended for original owners: if you have a problem with your pedal in the first year of use, FH covers round-trip shipping for repair.

If the returned pedal is not in new condition, then either:
1) A 20% fee will be subtracted from your refund (or you can have me send it back).
2) If severe enough, we will refuse the refund and send the item back to you.
Neither of these has ever happened in the history of FuzzHugger.
International Return Policy
While you can return an international order for a refund (less original shipping costs, and your costs to send it back), the high cost of international shipping presents a bit of a problem. Generally, if you decide a pedal isn't for you, you'd do better to resell your pedal locally/online.

In the rare event that there's a problem with your new pedal, return shipping is on FH (for repair or refund). This policy is extended for original owners: if you have a problem with your pedal in the first year of use, FH covers round-trip shipping for repair. When possible (at FH's discretion), we will arrange for minor repairs to be done locally and/or ship replacement parts to you.
