| •Return Policy Changed your mind? Decided a pedal's not for you? No problem! You can return any item within 20 days of purchase for a full refund (minus our actual USPS shipping costs to send it to you). Item must be in absolutely new condition and include any original papers and packaging. Just email to say you're returning an item (must be back within 20 days of purchase), mail it USPS Priority, we get it and check it out, we refund your money. If (and only if) the returned item is not in new condition, then either: 1) A 20% fee will be subtracted from your refund (or you can have us send it back). 2) If severe enough, we will refuse the refund and send the item back to you. We don't do this to be a pain─it's just to protect us. Basically, it's this simple: keep it mint. If you do, you can decide whether to keep it! | •Save 5% every 5 Every fifth pedal you buy from us is 5% off. It's really that simple. To cash in, email with your fifth order, and we'll send you a discounted payable invoice. You also may pay first and then email us to alert us, and we'll apply a refund. |
| •Warranty Claims Small builders = good service! Whatever the problem, we're here for you. If for some reason, you receive a defective pedal, email us for a quick response. During the life of your pedal, warranty claims are generally handled by our builders. This gets you taken care of the quickest. First, because we deal with accessible / responsive small builders that'll get right on your problem. Second, using us as a middle-man for your warranty claims may add more wait-time for you. Of course, if you email us about a problem, we will do everything we can to help (starting by e-mailing the builder)...so, most times it's best to go right to the source! :) We will provide proof-of-purchase in the event that you need it. Just contact us! |

| •Payment Methods and Privacy You're protected through PayPal! You don't need a PayPal account to pay us, but we process all payments through PayPal. They have a secure site and will handle your personal information and payment with care. If you want to pay with a US Money Order, contact us! |
| •International Orders See our International page! We ship world-wide and accept confirmed PayPal, Western Union Money Order (no money transfers), and US Money Orders. |

| •Shipping Info! For info on International Orders, click here! How quickly will my order arrive? Once shipped, items typically take 2-3 days for delivery...depending on region and weather conditions, shipping time may take longer than 2-3 days. -In Stock pedals ship the same or next business day, using USPS Priority shipping. -Wait-listed pedals ship after the time noted alongside their Buy Now button. Will I receive Delivery Confirmation or Tracking Number? All US orders are shipped with USPS Priority and typically arrive 2-3 days after shipping...often before tracking is updated. You may, of course, request your Delivery Confirmation number by email. Why not use USPS' online automated shipping system? Using this system benefits USPS, but not USPS employees. Their hours are determined by how many packages they weigh/process per day...excluding packages with pre-printed postage (though employees still must scan them, they do not receive credit for these when their hours are set). That's why FuzzHugger.com does not use USPS' online automated system--despite the conveniences that system may offer, we don't feel it's worth potentially disadvantaging the same workers who process all of our packages. We will be happy to email you your Delivery Confirmation number by request. |
